This project involved the complete remodel of the exterior of an existing house including the claddings and window joinery.

The original house built in the 1970s consisted of a brick veneer, aluminium single glazed windows and doors.

We re-built the roof lines turning two hipped roofs into two gable roofs. We removed all brick and roof cladding and replaced with steel longrun in Flaxpod colour. Also installed on the gabled front walls was vertical shiplap cedar weatherboards.

All exterior door and window joinery was replaced with a double glazed Aluminium suite in Flaxpod colour, with fly screens incorporated.

Two large decks clad in Hardwood floors were constructed as well as an Aluminium Louvre d gazebo by Stratco NZ.
